Shipping and returns

All items will be manufactured and shipped within 2-3 business days from receiving the order. Tentative to order volume Items may take up to 7 days to ship. 

Returns:

Customized goods are generally non-refundable, but JTM VINTAGE is here for you: We deliver high-quality products that you created on our site - and we do so with fast and efficient shipping.

Custom product's

We take pride in our products and quality assurance, every item is inspected by hand before packaging. If we deem the goods are otherwise flawed from manufacturing, then you may return the custom goods for a full refund or replace your items at no cost to you, within 5 business days of receiving your custom order. We ask that you notify Customerservice@jtmvintage.com before returning any goods to ensure that your return is handled quickly and accurately. Due to the nature of custom goods, if we find that the item/s did meet our high standards, JTM VINTAGE reserves the right to approve or deny all requests. 

Pre-Designed products are eligible for returns within 5 business days of receiving your order. Buyers are responsible for return shipping. Once the item being returned has been received by JTM VINTAGE we will refund your original order payment in full.  

 We value our customers and communities and will go to great lengths to ensure customer satisfaction and Happiness with our brand.  

Shipping outside the USA may incur VAT, customs,  import fees that we may not be aware of, JTM VINTAGE is not responsible for VAT,  import, or other fees associated with shipping cost that may be incurred after we have paid for the shipment and deliver the packages to the parcel service. These fees may vary per country.
